Embosser OK, customer service slightly less OK Mar 08, 2010
The embosser came in 2 pieces and it took me a week to figure out how to assemble it. I have no experience with these and my email to their customer service for help went unanswered. Works just fine though!

It is impossible to get this embosser to emboss the lower half of the imprint. It also tends to tear the less substantial pages of paperbacks. Additionally, the product was shipped in envelope (lower) position, rather than stationery (higher) position, which I would have much preferred, but was given no choice and the embosser plate does not rotate to allow an adjustment. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a quality product.

A good product but confusing when ordered Dec 12, 2009
"I was pleased with the quality of this item, the company sent me a proof to make sure the spelling was correct but ordering it from Amazon was a little confusing. My order was placed on Amazon, my credit card was charged, and nobody contacted me about the name I wanted on the embosser. I had to run down the company, make a phone call, and find out what to do...that should never have happened. " Additionally, after paying for this item, I discovered my credit card number had been compromised and was used by a place called Home Savings Mall that made an unauthorized membership charge to my card that I didn't know about. When I called them, they told me they got my CC number and authorization from Amazon. Shame on you Amazon for selling me out for a few bucks. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it, either. BUYER BEWARE!!

Great Product, Great Service Sep 11, 2009
The company was very, very helpful in getting my order expedited. I received the embosser quickly, and was pleased to find it was exactly how I had ordered it. When used on a page, the upper right hand arc of the stamp (about two letters' worth) does not emboss as clearly as the rest of it, but it is still readable.

Unfortunately, this item arrived damaged, and I have exchanged numerous emails about returning it and getting a replacement one with no results as of yet.The representative promises to act on my problem but then nothing happens. It has been possibly two or three weeks since I reported the problem with the embosser.
