The company immediately emailed me to let me know that I needed to provide further information on the initials, etc that I wanted on the embosser. I called with the information and the person who talked with me was very professional and helped me through the process. The personalized embosser arrived in a very short time.

perfect for wedding envelopes... Aug 31, 2008
my boyfriend and i decided to make our own wedding invites and i wanted to add a few simple, but nice, touches; one of which was to emboss our return address on the outer envelopes. after purchasing this embosser, the company wrote me for the address that i wanted i on the plate, i wrote back, and 4 days later, we had the embosser. wonderful image, just like the one shown, and quick delivery. nothing but positive experiences.

I had no problem ordering this item. I had never used one and was unfamiliar with what to ask for. The website is very user friendly and I enjoy mine as well as use it frequently. Just what I wanted.
