I ordered this embosser as a gift and requested custom text and the die to be oriented so it can stamp from the right hand side of the page. Once I placed the order with amazon, I got an email from StampXpress asking for the details of what I wanted on the stamp. I emailed them back and also requested a proof. They mentioned it would take a day to get the proof back, but I wasn't pressed for time so this was fine. I decided I wanted different fonts so they emailed me back another proof again. This time it looked great and I gave them the ok to send it to production. I got the embosser in 2 days after giving the ok. This is the best price on the web I could find for the upright desk embosser that includes custom work and shipping. Great service StampXpress - I will definitely be recommending you again!

I gave this to my husband as a gift, and he loved it! It's very heavy and nice quality. However, we can't seem to get the knack of embossing with just the right amount of pressure: the impression is either too light or goes all the way through the paper.

This is a great product. The embosser is suprisingly small, but strong. It works with anything as thin as a napkin or thick as a business card. I was especially impressed by the customer service. The world would be a better place if all companies operated like this one. I was promptly emailed to ask about my custom logo design. Then they worked with me quickly to get it exactly how I wanted it. Total time between placing the order and getting the item shipped was three days. Way impressive.

I read and compared several of these items before deciding on this particular version and am exceedingly glad I did. When the embosser was delivered (a gift for my wife) I realized that i had left something off of the embossing emblem. Immediately contacted the company and a new corrected one was on it's way the next day. Great service and a great product!
